1. The name of the Association is is THE BEGUNIA COLLEGE , SOCIAL SERVICE GUILD, BEGUNIA.
2. The aims and objectives of the Guild are :
- a) To extend financial aid to needy and deserving students of the college.
- b) To raise a voluntary corps to help at the time of natural calamities, accidents & at the large gathering like meals and festivals.
3. All the students of the college are ipso-factor members of the Guild.
4. The Executive committee consists of :
- a) President (Principal, Ex-Officio)
- b) The Vice-President & Associate Vice-Presidents (to be nominated by the Principal from among the members of the staff)
- c) Secretary (to be elected by student members)
- d) Assistant Secretary (to be elected by student members)
5. Election is conducted and votes recorded in such manner as the Principal determines.
6. a) The Principal is the administrator of the funds.
b) The Vice-President is responsible for the accounts.
7. a) Depending on the availability of funds, annual aids are given to needy and deserving students of the college with an undertaking from the beneficiary that he would repay the same together with suitable donation when he is settled in life.
b) An aid or loan from the Guild is meant for helping the students in paying the college dues.
8. The Principal is the final controller of the Guild and may at his discretion, alter amend, supplement or aggregate any or all of these rules.
